  • 1.  Is there a way to route an Extension to an IVR?

    I am hoping to route an internal extension to an IVR instead of a full phone number.  That way users can dial 1111 to get help instead of a full phone number.  I don't see the ability to add just an extension in the IVR routing menu.  Is there a way to do this?!

    Hi Ryan, here's an overview (see attached) for how to accomplish this. Keep in mind number plans are evaluated in their listed order, so keep Emergency entry at the top. Also ensure your "Catch4" (or similar) custom number plan and the Extension plan do not conflict with each other.
