    With today's new release, we see External Contacts available as transfer targets through the client.  It would be nice if we could do the same thing through architect

    Thanks for the note. Would you be able to provide additional details around how you would envision this being used? Just automatically transfer calls based on certain criteria?

     

    We are starting to work on providing "data dips" into external contacts from within email flows and call flows will have this capability added later.

    Thank you! I added it to the product backlog, but don't have a concrete timeline yet when this would be added.
