  • 1.  Is there any way to use the default script as a template?

    Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to load and or edit the default script that Genesys provides out of the box? When creating a new script, you can do a few options, blank, or some templates, anyone know you can control the default in any way?

    I'm not sure about editing the default, but you could just create a new script, use the Default Inbound Template, and then create a template out of the custom script that you create. Then any new script you create, you could use that newly created template.
