  • 1.  Is there better alternative to Bright Metrics?

    We are lookimng to expand our reporting capabilities to allow users to see their own daily, weekly, and monthly metrics (while not seeing anyone elses individulal metrics), as well as some overall performance dashboards and a few reports for management to see high level performance metrics. It seems like BrightMetrics is the gold standard but I wanted to make sure there is not some other integration or program we should be considering instead.

    Please let me know your thoughts on the best option for our requiremenrts as listed above.

    Shameless plug, Bruce....check out our offerings at SuccessKPI!  Each user will be able to get a 'My Reports' folder where they would be able to see their own metrics.

    Pure Insights Business Intelligence is pretty good too.  They now have a beta for real-time reporting.

    Hi Bruce,

    Hopefully the comments on this thread have helped a bit.

    Can I ask which agent metrics the agents can't access through the "My Performance View"?

    I guess a similar question regarding the high level management reports and dashboards, what functionality is missing for this?
