Hello Emily. Yes, this has been possible to do since March this year as part of advanced email routing. https://help.mypurecloud.com/releasenote/march-29-2017/

Let me know if you have any questions around the functionality.

    Hello,

Is there a more concrete way to detect certain keywords within an email's body so they can be routed to different queues depending on the detected keywords?

Have you looked at the Inbound Email Flow capabilities in Architect?

Aftert tinkering, we managed to read the content with the Split function, that also allowed us to turn each word into a line and then parse them.
