We are using polices to auto assign evaluations to evaluators and would like to know if there is a way to pull reporting on it?
The reporting would help us measure:
- average length of calls it is assigning
- how many assignments per employee is being received per week/month/quarter/year
- how many evaluations are being assigned to evaluators in a day/week/month/quarter/year
- measure if duplicates are being assinged
- measure how many evaluations per queue/per wrap up code
