I have a query about Call Putback.
We have a customer who does Outsourcing and one of the their client uses a few different Outsources. All calls come into the clients telephony system and are externally transferred to the Outsourcers. If the Outsourcer is too busy to take the call, the send and ISDN Cause Code 17 (Busy) back and the call is routed to the next Outsourcer.
I couldn't see anything about that on the Resource Centre and wondered if any one had set anything like this up, or of anyone at Genesys can point me in the right direction.
