  • 1.  Issue with Activity View - Overview Tab Not Loading

    I am experiencing an issue with the Activity View, as shown in the above screenshot. On the Overview tab, the spinning wheel is displayed continuously, and no content is loaded.

    When I click the Settings button, there are no errors or notifications related to this issue. The user has all the required permissions for this view, as outlined in the documentation (and more). I have also assigned these permissions, but the issue persists.
    Reference: Agent Activity Overview.

    However, when I navigate to the Insights tab, the view loads and works correctly.

    Could you please help identify the cause of this issue?

    Hello Santhosh and welcome to the Genesys Cloud Community, 

    This is going to need a case to customer care. Please work with your admin to get a case opened with the UI Care team with console and network logs of the behavior. They will have to check to see whats going on under the hood and they can dig in more technically.

    Are you using standard (default) roles or custom?  If the former, can you try using the standard Agent role and see if that clears the issue?  If so, then you have a permission assignment that is not in the custom role.

    Hi Robert,  

    I have also assigned the standard Agent role to the user, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue.

    Are you seeing any errors in the console logs when loading that screen?

    I am just wondering, based upon a scenario where I have seen something similar...how many Scheduled Callbacks do you have in your organization when this is happening?
