  • 1.  Issue with Auto Answer since it was moved to its own profile tab.

    Our scheduling team was able to set users in the agent division to auto answer for the past several months. With this recent update that moved auto answer into its own tab we no longer have permissions. We checked and we have all of the prerequisites on the help page for auto answer. Is anyone else having an issue with this? Is there an updated role or permissions we need now? If so, what would that be? Below are the prerequisites we currently see in the help page that all of us have already. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hello,

    I would verify if your team has the necessary roles and permissions of an admin? Alternatively, have you created a WFM admin role that allows you to enable or disable the Auto Answer feature in the new tab?

    We saw this issue too. The permissions requirements have extended but were not updated in the resource centre article. They now are and are below.
