Yes, we looked at and discussed that as being a possibility. Our understanding is that these Shift Trade settings would prevent an agent from being able to submit a trade request that violated those restrictions (such as the 'Minimum time Until ether traded shift starts' setting) and not let it go into a pending status for review. With the requests that we are seeing this issue with, the trade request was submitted early enough that they did not violate these restrictions and they were able to go into a pending status.
Until the past week our so, our analysts say they would then have the option to either Approve or Deny these next day requests, but now they only see the option to Deny these trade request with no Approval option available. Below is a screenshot of the Shift Trade settings for one of our MUs seeing this issue (which has not been changed prior to or after we started noticing this issue):

Please let me know if we are misunderstanding how these settings apply with regards to an Admin not being given the option to Approve a next day shift trade request?

Hi,
have you checked the Management Units Shift Trade rules so there is no constraints with those?
Especially I would check the Minimum time Until ether traded shift starts.

We are noticing an issue recently with being unable to approve next day shift trades (even though the expiration date for the trade request has not passed yet, our WFM Admins only see an option to deny the request). Has anyone else encountered an issue like this?
