We are facing issue with co-browse voice as well as chat. We are using script at the web end (Customer).
The issue is getting customer screen displayed properly on the Agent Side. All the icons and logo on the screen are fumbled up and some are not visible properly.
Can someone please let me know the exact issue for this and how to resolve it.
Also I have attached the screenshot for reference where you can see that the menu options are not visible properly
