Issue with Queue to Callback

    I am facing an issue in Genesys Cloud during Q2CB (Queue-to-Callback) calls. When the call is delivered to the agent, an error pops up:

     "pindrop-agent transfer API 400"

    This only happens on callback calls and not on standard inbound interactions and Voice transcription also not there for callback calls. Has anyone experienced this error or know what could be causing it?

     Appreciate any insights or suggestions.
