Hi,
Is there anyone else who has/is experiencing issues with e-mails lagging and not being able to send them?
This is happening sporadically over the last month or so. The "Send" button deactivates and sometimes our agents can't send an email to the customer for even half an hour. Sometimes it "activates" for a few seconds and deactivates again before we manage to hit "Send". Calls are coming in and out at the same time without issues.
We have, of course, made sure that everyone's browsers are updated, we have done logging both in Genesys and on the network (apparently, those are not showing any issues), and updated all computers. This happens regardless of the agents being in the office or home, and we are now seeing this same behavior in other countries.
Any quick fixes/recommendations for what we can do are highly welcome.
