Good morning,
We are having some issues with participants in our conversations and would like to check something.
If i´m not mistaken, once an user is added as a participant of a conversation, it cannot be removed, correct? Or is there a way to remove a participant from a conversation?
I am only aware of the disconnection of the participant.
On one day we were able to retrieve the conversation through API, the other we were unable. We were receiving 401 (participant not in the list of participants.) A day later, we were able to retrieve the conversation again. Maybe the agent was added to the participants list?
Also, is there any way to get audits of a conversation?

What do you mean by "audits"?

By audits, I mean see the story of what happened to the conversation. Any changes that happened to it, who made it, and when

The conversation object is a record of everything that happened to the conversation, but there isn't a separate audit log. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
