As a standard I don't see it. The Genesys APIs are fantastic and you can do it through this, however we had to do some work on the hourly, 15 minute and 30minute intervals, as well as how fast reports are extracted but works real well. We have created this and other features like this in our custom report and dashboard applications this is what our clients wanted also drilled it down further by wrap codes as well, best time to dial.
