It is possible to see in a report directly all the calls made or received hour by hour for example from Monday for a whole month

    Hello community,

    It is possible to see in a report directly all the calls made or received hour by hour for example from Monday for a whole month (so a total of all the calls made or received hour by hour on Monday of all the Monday of the month).

    Or the customer need to try it via Excel?

    Hi Mark, 
    As a standard I don't see it. The Genesys APIs are fantastic and you can do it through this, however we had to do some work on the hourly, 15 minute and 30minute intervals, as well as how fast reports are extracted but works real well. We have created this and other features like this in our custom report and dashboard applications this is what our clients wanted also drilled it down further by wrap codes as well, best time to dial. Glad to share some info with you if you require further detail.
