    The Grammy Awards just wrapped up, and you know how it goes - a few upsets, some clear shoe-ins, and plenty of opinions flying around.

    Sound familiar?

    Right here in our community, we recently rolled out the red carpet for our own stars during the annual Jubilation Awards. If you haven't watched the video yet (or want a rewatch), check it out here.

    But now we want to hear from you.

    For our February Question of the Month: If our community had its very own awards show, who would you nominate and why?
    Who consistently shows up, drops knowledge, supports others, sparks great conversations, or simply makes this community a better place to be?

    Share your nomination in the comments - and don't forget to tag them so they get their moment in the spotlight.

    You never know… your pick might just turn into our next Community Rockstar when we fire things back up in March. If you want your nomination to be a secret, you can still share the love by dropping their information here.

    Hi Nicole., five people come to mind on my list because each one has unique characteristics. There might be more, but I think these are the ones that stand out.

    @George Ganahl has a special charisma; when he answers something, it's as if he knows you in person.

    @Amy Sessions has a unique sense of humor; she really makes you smile with her answers.

    @Nicole Milliken, You're always behind the curtain; without you there's a show, but it wouldn't be the way it works now. 

    @Lucas Woodward y @Samuel Jillard always supporting with his knowledge

    Luiz is always showing up in the community, answering questions, sharing insights, and genuinely helping others. He's very engaged and consistently contributes with thoughtful responses that move discussions forward.

    It's also great to see such a strong presence from Brazil in the community. Luiz really represents the collaborative spirit that makes this space so valuable and definitely deserves the spotlight 👏

    If I could create an award, I'd like to nominate @Nicole Milliken and @Matt Lawson for the Emotional Support Humans of the Genesys Community Award.

    Yes, technically this is a community. But functionally? It's Nicole and Matt with the rest of us just happily existing inside the space they've created.

    They somehow manage to be everywhere at once: answering questions, encouraging conversations, lifting people up, and keeping things human in a world of enterprise software (which is no small feat).

    They don't just moderate the community, they're the emotional support humans and the vibe. If you've ever felt welcomed, supported, or confident enough to hit "post," odds are one of them had something to do with it.

    Also confirming after Xperience: this is not an elaborate online act. Same kindness. Same energy. Same "how are you this nice?" confusion.

    So yes, I'm nominating them. Not because they need the spotlight, but because they've been quietly holding it for everyone else all along.

    I would recommend two people.
     
    One is my friend @Marcello Jabur, he's the most awesome guy I know with a VERY LARGE knowledge of Architect and APIs (Genesys and External).
    Whenever I need help with the API, he's the one I call anytime, hahaha.
    The second person is @Mateus Nunes , although I don't know him, I see that he always helps by answering in the community.

    Can I shoutout the TAM Studios guys, they always do a great job posting those short videos on new Genesys features.  I feel like they need some recognition too. 

    As for the Community here, @Samuel Jillard @Cameron Tomlin and @Jason Kleitz are always here to help point us in the right direction and make us feel supported :)
