we are trying to achieve ivr deflection to whatsapp .
Has anyone achieved this before . If yes , can you help with your inputs regarding the implementation steps.

Take a look at this Blueprint: https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/facebook-ivr-deflection-blueprint/

This Blueprint implements IVR Deflection with Facebook, but you should be able to adapt it for any messaging channel (SMS, Whatsapp, etc).
