    Hi Community - answering a large CC RFP and the question about IVR Reporting has come up - as far as I can tell there are no canned reports for IVR (cradle to grave), or trunk group etc. Perhaps more of a traditional ask. I'm trying to figure out if eMite can do this, we are proposing it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!!!

    We are working with Emite to use their BI Tool to report on a customers IVR. The goal being to provide management reporting. The IVR provides callers the option to put a temporary delay on delivery of a Newspaper or magazine or to report a missing paper.
