For contractual reporting, we need to be able to report on how many calls were dialed to each number routed to an IVR per month. It has to be from the 1st to the end of the month. Are there any recommendations on how to do this? I tried to use the Analytics Query Builder; however, I was only able to receive one aggregate IVR count as opposed to counts for individual numbers. The Subscription section under Admin used to provide this information for us; however, according to PureCloud, that section is no longer available.
