I have a question, and possibly a finding.
We have a customer that is trying to use the Jabra Engage 50 headset. What they have discovered is that after installing all the required programs, Jabra Direct, Chrome Host Listener, Chrome Extension, some headsets still did not have call control.
They realized that the users that this was working on had local admin on their PC. The other users, when they went to their sound settings, it would not show the Jabra Direct as running, and therefore would not allow the headset control to function.
1. Has anyone found a way around this, and not had to give their users local admin on their PCs?
2. Just in case others are having similar issues - giving the local admin might correct the call control issues.
