We are testing the model 3011 mono NC in the next few days. As we migrate 1000's of reps to the platform we have a small list of approved Jabra headsets but can see from that compatibility guide there are many more that should work. Thus my request from Genesys for an approved list so Humana team can update their list with confidence

Thanks Robert. I have been down so many rabbit holes but finally got to Jabra's compatibility guide which gives a comprehensive list of headsetst that are compatible with Genesys soft phone. I think this is as close as I am going to get. Perhaps this will be useful to someone else.

For Polycom phones, the headsets are independent of Genesys Cloud. For USB, this pages seems to show a few: Jabra + Genesys. With Genesys supporting the new WebHID features for hangup, answer, mute, etc, You should look for a model that supports that new standard.
