    Hello all,

    Purecloud with Jabra pro headset doesn't work. I mean the agent can't change the settings "Audio Contrôls". There is a error (see printscreen).
    The Jabra pro headset is working for other software.

    It's seems that Purecloud doesn't see the Jabra Pro headset.

    Do you have see this kind of problem.

    this works in our testing. I assume you did follow the instructions to install the chrome plugin and listener application?

    Hi Mark.

    i have installed several Jabra in PureCloud, first of all the listener and extension are ofcourse mandetory for implementation, https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-a-jabra-headset/ but in most cases with Jabra i you will need to download the software from Jabra suited to the version and model, be sure to update to latast Jabra firmware as this can cause it not to communicate as well.. when these steps are done finally plug-in USB and create the headset profile in PureCloud, then it should be marked as running and device is working as intended.

    that worked for me..
