Hey all of you great people in the Genesys Community!

I've been tasked with finding some of the most interesting, yet challenging trivia tidbits about how Genesys has changed over the past year. You'll need to answer questions about this year's features releases, our Product Ideas Lab, and even some info from the Genesys Community. Are you ready?

The Trivia Tower event is live! You have from now until December 6th to participate, so hop on over and try your best to answer all of the questions correctly. In addition to those questions, if you answer the bonus question, you will earn three (3) extra points, as well as be entered for a chance to win a prize from the Prize Wall. THAT'S RIGHT! TWO (2) chances to win!

To give you the best chance at winning, we have a slight twist on the normal ruleset.

Rules:

1. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO SOME LIGHT GOOGLING to find some of these answers. The information is out there so we're hoping to see a fair number of 100%s on these results.
2. If there is a tie, we will look at community engagement for the winning result.
3. If you've won a prize in the last three (3) months, you're not eligible to win another, but feel free to play for fun!
