Je cherche a savoir si nous pouvons en temps réel ou via un rapport, savoir a quel moment nos clients abandonne ? Une fois dans la file d'attente, abandonne t -il après 5 sec ? 10 sec ?

    Hello Eric,

     

    I think you are asking if there is a way that you can see time to abandon in the PureCloud user interface. I sadly don't speak French, but will try to answer in English.

     

    Time to abandon is not currently in the UI, but you can get time to abandon info from the PureCloud API:(https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/conversation_aggregate.html)I think there will eventually be some form of time to abandon info in the user interface, but I don't know when.

     

    In the mean time, if you are interested in using the API for that information, you can ask questions at the  Developer Forum, https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/, and get more API info at https://developer.mypurecloud.com/

    L'interface ne permet pas de connaître le temps avant abandon mais il est possible de l'obtenir par le biais de l'API (https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/conversation_aggregate.html). Il n'y a pas de date fixe de prévue pour cette fonctionnalité pour le moment.
