Yes, we have a similar requirement of adding extra codes during a call with one difference being that we want to write them back to our internal CRM.

Is there anyone else out there that would love to see our agents be able to input job/wrap-up codes while they're still on the phone? It feels like this is relatively commonplace outside of PureCloud, but PureCloud isn't currently offering this ability. Presently, if you select a wrap-up code while on the phone it does not make it into the database and is not recorded. What I would like to see is if a wrap-up code is selected and the "Done" button isn't clicked that the wrap-up code is still recorded.
