We're looking for a skilled Contact Center Engineer to design, implement, and support modern contact center technology solutions. If you have experience with Genesys Cloud, CCaaS platforms, CRM integrations, and omnichannel customer experiences - this role is for you.
๐ What You'll Do:
๐น Design and maintain contact center platforms and call flows
๐น Configure IVR, ACD routing, and omnichannel communication channels
๐น Develop and support CRM integrations and CTI solutions
๐น Build reporting dashboards and support quality monitoring tools
๐น Troubleshoot platform issues and partner with business stakeholders
๐ฏ What We're Looking For:

2โ4 years of contact center or telecommunications engineering experience
โ
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or other CCaaS platforms
โ
Experience with APIs, CRM integrations, and VoIP technologies
โ
Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills
โ
Ability to collaborate across IT, operations, and business teams
