    ๐Ÿ“ Location: United States (Remote)

    We're looking for a skilled Contact Center Engineer to design, implement, and support modern contact center technology solutions. If you have experience with Genesys Cloud, CCaaS platforms, CRM integrations, and omnichannel customer experiences - this role is for you.

    ๐Ÿ”‘ What You'll Do:
    ๐Ÿ”น Design and maintain contact center platforms and call flows
    ๐Ÿ”น Configure IVR, ACD routing, and omnichannel communication channels
    ๐Ÿ”น Develop and support CRM integrations and CTI solutions
    ๐Ÿ”น Build reporting dashboards and support quality monitoring tools
    ๐Ÿ”น Troubleshoot platform issues and partner with business stakeholders

    ๐ŸŽฏ What We're Looking For:
    โœ… 2โ€“4 years of contact center or telecommunications engineering experience
    โœ… Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or other CCaaS platforms
    โœ… Experience with APIs, CRM integrations, and VoIP technologies
    โœ… Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills
    โœ… Ability to collaborate across IT, operations, and business teams
