    Hello everyone, it's time for my first post :-)

    Is it possible for two calls to be joined into one? More specifically, is it possible for two calls between a person and a bot each to be joined into one? 

    The use case is as follows: The Bot is talking to John. John has a specific request, which triggers another instance of the Bot to call Jane for assistance in a seperate call. Once Jane has received the necessary information from the Bot, Jane is joining the conversation between John and the Bot - which was continued in the meantime. Therefore, we are not looking for a handover but for a way to have two conversations run at the same time and then be merged. 

    Is there a (programmatic) way to join the two calls or smoothly transition Jane into the other conversation?
