The ability to bring the web behavior perspective into journey analysis has been an ask since we launched Journey Management. We have some good news! We have just introduced a new feature that enabled Web Segments and Web Outcomes to be used as event sources Web events in Journey Management - Released October 20, 2025
This will enable customers to track digital containment from first touch to resolution and understand how web behavior segments influence journey outcomes.
