We've arrived at my favorite posting-time which is revealing our Genesys Community Rockstar(s)! I love being able to recognize those members of the community who really go above and beyond to make our forums great. This person definitely rises to the front of the stage: sharing detailed answers to questions on the community, jumping into every community he can lend a hand to, and playing in our contests/events.
Everyone put their hands together and shout a huge CONGRATS to... @Arthur Pereira Reinoldes!!! He works at Coddera and has been working with Genesys since 2021 on Genesys Engage, and now, is full-time focused on Genesys Cloud.
I'm sure you've run across some of Arthur's helpful posts in the community, as he even shows up on our Community's Engagement Leaderboard. Way to go, Arthur! We truly value your knowledge and presence in the Genesys Community. Thanks for helping out all of your fans!
