    I've found the example in the REST documentation where we can insert leads into a Contact List for Dialer. Is anyone familiar with a way to support the equivalent of "Just in Time" dialing in PureCloud. Meaning, we insert a lead, and it is immediately at the top of the cache to be dialed?

    Would it be advisable to try inserting the contact, then scheduling that contact for a callback in the past? That's how we used to do it in Dialer before JIT was supported. Would we expect that to work in PureCloud?

    Using the API you mentioned will insert the contact(s) to the top of the list if you set the priority flag to true.

    Scheduling a callback in the past would theoretically also work, but inserting the lead at the top would be the preferred method.

    Thanks - I hadn't even noticed the Priority setting in that POST. Your response made me look again, and it has exactly what I was looking for.
