Keep co-browsing session active

    Good afternoon,

    Would you like to know if it is possible to keep the co-browsing session active when a client browses another section of the web page?

    We are experiencing that once the co-browsing session has started and the client needs to go to another section, the co-browsing session is disconnected from the agent and screen sharing is lost.

    I listen to your suggestions.
