Hello Niel, thanks for the prompt message.
Basically, I want to show the agents what option the customers selected.
In my new IVR, I would have around 7 options, I don't want to create 7 queues, so I will put them together using the Skill Based routing and then use the participant data to show them which option was selected.
I got this working, see the next screenshot. But see how the "=" displays. I just want to know if I could get rid of it. If I leave as "Test" in my data table, does not route to the queue.

Hi Gabriel,
Can you provide more information on what exactly you are attempting to do in your flow?
Do you have a participant data you are trying to use to look up the data table? What are you trying to do with this participant data?
Can you send a screenshot where you are seeing this where it requires '='?

Hello Community,
Hope someone could help me.
I am trying to use Participant Data from my IVR Menu, the information come from an Data Table, which I cannot use without "=" (equal symbol)
I simply want to put a singular string such as "Sales" or "Blue"
But the thing does not allow me to add without having this =
Any idea how could I "turn off" this feature ?
Regards
