    We recently noticed that how we had our Knowledge Articles formatted has changed. We use a table to organize the information we keep, and the grid lines have disappeared from the articles. Does anyone know why this would have happened and how to fix this without having to open each one individually?

    Hello Stephanie, 

    Our development team is aware of this problem and currently working on a fix. At this time there is no ETA. But I will monitor the ticket and report any changes here. If you have any concerns or need to report any changes related to this please continue to work with your customer support agent in your open ticket.
