Hi team,
We are using the Genesys API to retrieve document content for knowledge base articles, and then updating the customer feedback via the Feedback API.
But in Optimizer, I am unable to see any reporting related to the feedback. I am using the application as "Botflow" and the ID as "Inbound Message Flow ID." for feedback api input. Since I am using an external bot.I need to see whole report for the Knowledge base feedback which not showing currently if i update using api
I need to see the report in optimizer for Top viewed articles and feedback
Is there any way to achieve this?
