  • 1.  Knowledge base Optimizer Not Showing the report

    Hi team,

    We are using the Genesys API to retrieve document content for knowledge base articles, and then updating the customer feedback via the Feedback API.  

    But in Optimizer, I am unable to see any reporting related to the feedback. I am using the application as "Botflow" and the ID as "Inbound Message Flow ID." for feedback api input. Since I am using an external bot.I need to see whole report for the Knowledge base feedback which not showing currently if i update using api

    I need to see the report in optimizer for Top viewed articles and feedback  

    Is there any way to achieve this?

    This looks like it would be a good question to ask in the Genesys Cloud Developer Forum, but hopefully someone in the community can help
