  • 1.  Knowledge Fabric & SharePoint Connector

    Hi need some assistance please, I have added the Integration SharePoint - Knowledge Connect. Using the App ID, Client Secret and Tenant ID and I can active it with success (no error).

    Now when I go under Knowledge and add a Source, I selected Third- party Sources and select this SharePoint integration, Sync each 6 hours and a Source Name and press Continue to go to the Content Selection. Once I press Continue and it goes to this Content Selection tab, it just keep loading and never display anything... I'm wondering what is the missing pieces to make this work. The Genesys docs do not mention information about the Azure App ID configuration side in term of permission etc..

    It's not just you Sebastien.  I suspect even though it's on the release notes and shows as delivered it hasn't fully been propagated out to all regions yet.  There's supposed to be a new Fabric Sources tab show up that I don't see yet either.

    Hi Sebastien, From the Roadmap session I attended on 26 Jan they showed this item as still in progress and they will gradually release in the coming weeks.
