My organization has all of our knowledge stored in Sharepoint.. but on SharePoint Pages & Sites, which are all built on .aspx pages. We don't have documents stored in word docs, or pdfs, and organized in folders..

As far as I can tell, this is technically not a supported source as part of the SharePoint integration, as per this documentation: Add a SharePoint source to the knowledge fabric - Genesys Cloud Resource Center,

which states that it really only pulls in documentation from SharePoint folders, with the following file types:

    • PDF
    • DOC / DOCX
    • HTML
    • CSV
    • XLS / XLSX
    • MD
    • TXT
Genesys Cloud Resource Center remove preview
Add a SharePoint source to the knowledge fabric - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
Genesys Cloud enables adding third-party knowledge bases like Salesforce and ServiceNow to surface their content in Agent Copilot, Messenger, and knowledge portal.

Curious if anyone else has the same setup and have a created solutions for this.

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Hello Peter,

Since .aspx pages are dynamic server pages, you would need to convert those page by saving as HTML files before they can be properly ingested.
