    Dear Community,

    I have integrated mobile app messenger chat with Genesys Cloud using their API. However, I'm encountering a crash when sending message requests due to an incompatibility with the latest version of the Ktor library (v3.1.3, released on May 5, 2025). It appears that Genesys has not yet updated their API integration to support this version. The integration works without issues when using an older version of Ktor.

    Appreciate any advice on this issue.

    Hello Mahesh,

    Hi Mahesh, 

    We don't have exact dates for the KTOR update. We need to be careful with this update as it might cause a braking experience for some customers.

    For the interim, I suggest using the older KTOR version in your app to remain compatible.
