Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi!  I am trying to figure out the best way to audit articles utilizing labels.  Does anyone know how labels are organized on an article?  I thought it was the order they are clicked/added to the article but the more I tested, the more I found that was not the case.  They also do not appear to be alphabetical or numerical.

Hello Amanda, 

I believe they are organized by category, ex home loans, insurance policies. Depending on how you are trying to get these, I believe it would be best to audit by category.
