Hello members,
We have a customer who is migrating to Genesys from Avaya. However, they have an existing latitude software integration with Avaya and planning to test this with Genesys before the migration.
My question is how many dialler instances can Latitude software configure to to have multiple solutions configured? IE: one team using Genesys Cloud and the rest of the collections team using Avaya?
