  • 1.  Layout distored when creating new scenario in New FC UI in Internet Exploer

    We just started tested a new version of Genesys, which has the new Forecasting UI.  When creating a new scenario the lay-out is distorted. Is this a known bug?  Version

    Hi Rutger,

    If you have the new Forecast UI enabled on Engage WFM, you can no longer use IE; you will need to use Chrome or Firefox.  I hope this helps!

    Hi Michele,

    Thanks for the clear answer. Sadly I use the whole WFM Supervisor, so at the moment i need to do switching between browsers. Which is not really user friendly.
