We are delighted to announce that we have launched a quality of life improvement to Development and Feedback by adding Users to Auto Assignment Rules. Got a list of users ready for training who don't fit a predefined group? Just add the users to the assignment rule and away you go.
Got a set of grouped users but just need to remove that handful of users you know you don't want included? Add them as excluded and they'll be omitted from the assignment list.
We hope this change makes your assignment processes simpler, especially for customers who struggle with permission sets for editing group information.
