    I am familiar with Genesys Cloud Admin and Architect. Now I would like to begin learning and working with the Genesys Cloud SDKs. Could anyone guide me on where to start and how to begin learning the SDKs?

    I would recommend starting with the following on the developer portal - https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/sdk/.

    It includes a lot of documentation together with source code that can be used.

    As Stephen mentioned there is the Developer Portal, there is also the Developer Blog, which includes interesting articles of use-cases for the SDK.

    Personally, I also have a 'playground' project locally where I experiment with the SDK. I organise my experiments so I can refer back to it when a new use-case comes along.

    Thank you for your recommendation.

    I have reviewed the Genesys documentation and familiarized myself with the basic prerequisites. I have also successfully installed the Genesys SDK. I am now looking to better understand how to effectively leverage it in practical scenarios.

    With my foundational knowledge of APIs and experience working with Python, I would appreciate your guidance on the types of use cases or solutions that can be developed using the Genesys SDK. Any insights, examples, or recommended approaches would be very helpful in shaping my understanding.
