I have started experimenting with Lex integration and have just stumbled upon the same issue.
I have built a lex bot that uses lambda function to do a data-dip and respond back with the result.
When testing on the aws site - the response is there.
When testing from Genesys Cloud ChatFlow or Inbound Flow only the intent and slot messages come through. The fulfilment messages do not.
Another issue that I discovered was that on Chat Flow the success action is not triggered after successful fulfilment on Lex.
It does trigger the success action on the Voice Flow though.
Any help would be appreciated
