    Hi everyone

    Is there anyway to determine who has what license?

    Being the administrator for Purecloud I control all the licenses, recently i have noticed a communicate license being charged on our invoice but I have no users that I am aware of on Communicate License as everyone has a PC 3 license.

    I have extracted the concurrent usage report but it doesn't show who the concurrent user is.

    Is there a way to find out who is the communicate in our org?

    The 'billable usage' report should show that. It lists all the licenses + user associated.

    If no user appears, it means there's an invoice issue.

    Go To Admin
    Under Account Settings Go to Subscription
    ​​Along the top you will see the Current Month, Download Bill and Download Usage Report

    Click Download Usage Report


    Select the Date range > Choose from Billable Usage, Concurrent Usage Report or Resources Usage Report.

    It will then begin the download for your chosen period and list any users that would appear outside of your standard licensing fees
