We have several users in our system that are assigned two different license types. Communicate Users and Engage3 Users. If someone is assigned both, are we charged for both?
The only thing that I have found was a Billing FAQ on the help site that says the following: A billable named user is anyone that has logged in to the PureCloud service at least once during the billing period. The user type billed is the highest level license they were assigned during the billing period.
Does this mean that we will only be charged for the Engage3 license assigned to the users with both?
