    Hi everyone,
I wanted to know about the limitations between GOOGLE DIALOGFLOW CX integration and Genesys Cloud.
We do not notice these limitations in other integrations with google, but they occur when we go to integrate a google bot inside the web messenger.
Moreover, this information is not specified in the documentation at the following link: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-the-google-cloud-dialogflow-cx-integration/
    I've some questions:
1- TWO CONSECUTIVE RICH CONTENTS: two consecutive 'rich contents' are not shown; i.e.: if in the bot I put a custom payload with the 'quick replies' and afterwards I put a 'card', it only shows me the 'card'. Why?
2- LIMIT OF CHARACTERS IN CARDS AND QUICK REPLY: We wanted to know the limit of characters that can be displayed on the screen inside a bubble of a quick reply and inside the cards button.
3- CARD & CAROUSEL: Is it possible to put more than 3 buttons per card? We put 5 in the custom payload but it only showed 3.
4- SCROLL CARDS IN THE CAROUSEL: Is it only possible to 'move cards horizontally'? I would like to scroll them vertically!
I want know more about this limitation
    Thanks for the help!

    Hi Serena,

I haven't got a great deal of knowledge of the Google Dialogflow integration, so hopefully someone else in the community can answer your questions.  But I will look into this and see what I can find.
