Hi there quick question
When bulk requesting for all externalcontacts in genesys system I have two types:
- Individuals are externalcontacts with externalorganization = null
- Employees are externalcontacts with externalorgnization id
Can I limit the api request to get either one?
I created these two types with different schema, "individual" and "employee" ... could that maybe help in some way?
