We have some needs on campaign management and I am trying to figure out if it is possible.
Can somebody help me please ?
We would like to call our customer on their mobile phone or on their home phone based on time of day. ( for example calling on the home phone at night and the mobile on day.)
We would also like to call the home phone at a given hour and 2 hours later try the mobile phone. Is it something possible ?
The same problem is facing with callback during a campaign, How to select the good number to call during a callback ?
One more thing, the current callback management does not avoid calling during public holidays. Is there a way to manage that ?
