    Hi,

    Our customer has the carrier Metrotel as their SIP Trunk Provider.

    They are requesting us to have the following RTP Port range to be defined and used:

    "El RTP (voz) deben configurarlo con el rango 13000 al 18000 UDP", which translated to english language is " The RTP (Voice) has to be configured in the range: 13000 to 18000 UDP".

    How can this be configured inside this SIP trunk on PureCloud?
